7 Steps to Home Buying

I’m here to walk you through every step of the process and help even after the transaction is completed!

  • A mortgage lender will review your credit, assets, debts, and employment history.

  • Make a list of all the things you would like in your new home to help narrow down your search.

  • We will review comparable properties in the area and work together to decide on a strong offer.

  • An inspector will walk you through the home (2-3 hours) and discuss every detail of the home with you.

  • Your mortgage lender will order an Appraisal to determine the home’s value before finalizing the loan.

  • You will receive final Loan Approval, also known as a Clear to Close, after the mortgage lender reviews your credit, assets, debts, employment, and income one last time.

  • Once all papers have been signed, it’s time to break out the bubbly!!
